These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Surprise Bumper Stickers website and any purchase from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Returns
Because products are print-on-demand and made to the slogan you pick, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, use the Contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint or refund. Once a sticker is applied, it is not returnable except for a proven manufacturing defect.
Application and removal are your responsibility. We are not liable for damage to paint, finishes, or surfaces, or for fines, towing, or claims from applying a sticker to property you do not own or control.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and our designs are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited license to use purchased stickers for personal, non-commercial display on a vehicle or surface you control, unless we say otherwise in writing. You may not copy our slogans or site content to sell competing products.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT ORDER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your use of a product (including sticking it somewhere you should not).
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. For material changes that affect existing orders, we will handle conflicts in favor of the Terms in place when you ordered, where required.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise. Courts in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where law gives you a right to sue elsewhere.
Application and removal are your responsibility. We do not warrant paint, finishes, or surfaces against damage from application or removal.
Limitation of liability
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, no illegal orders, no harassment of our team. Stickers are for lawful personal use. Applying a sticker to property you do not own or control without permission may be illegal. That is on you, not us.
The store
We sell vinyl bumper stickers and related products through this site. Product descriptions, prices, and availability can change. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, erroneous, or unable to be fulfilled.
Orders and pricing
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items at the listed price. We accept when we confirm the order or charge your payment method. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Launch shipping for US orders is free as advertised at checkout. Taxes may apply.
Print-on-demand items are made after you order. Production and ship times are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment
You authorize our payment processor to charge your selected method for the order total, including shipping and tax. You represent that you are authorized to use that method.
Shipping
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, except where law says otherwise. Check Shipping & Returns for current shipping and return rules. Those rules are part of these Terms.
