This policy describes how Surprise Bumper Stickers (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and buy our products.
Information we collect
You may give us contact and order details (name, email, shipping address, payment info processed by our payment provider). We also get technical data such as IP address, browser type, device info, and pages viewed through cookies and similar tools used to run the store.
How we use information
We use it to process orders, ship products, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and send order or account messages. Marketing email only if you opt in or as allowed by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime.
Payment
We share information with service providers who help run the store: hosting, payment, print-on-demand / fulfillment (for example Printful), and store/platform tools (for example WooCommerce analytics). They get only what they need to do their job.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (sale, merger, reorganization).
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Launch default (no ads pixels): At launch we do not use Meta, Google Ads, or similar advertising pixels that sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Store and payment tools may still process data as service providers to complete your order.
If we later enable advertising / sale-or-share pixels: we will update this policy, and California residents may opt out of sale or sharing by using the Contact form (subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”) and/or a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer when that link is enabled.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit this site and which pages they look at. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your general location, and the kind of device and browser you use. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies needed for cart function, preferences, security, and store analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may break checkout.
We keep order and account records as long as needed for the transaction, legal obligations, disputes, and legitimate business needs. Then we delete or anonymize when practical.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
